Franklin Township has been in the process of doing a comprehensive update to the Zoning Resolution for nearly a year now. We have focused on making the resolution easier to understand by adding clearer definitions, easy to read charts, better explanations of processes, updating outdated terms, added hyper-links to for easier navigation through the resolution, and much more. We are within a few months of completing this update and have posted the latest draft of the complete Resolution. This draft is likely to change, as it is still being fine-tuned, and double checked, we wanted to provide an opportunity to look through it if you want.
